We want you to love your Lamdore shoes, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we maintain the following policy:

1. No Returns!

• 07-Day Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 07 days of the delivery date for exchange of size/article.
• Original Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange request. Please note that Lamdore does not offer refunds; only exchanges are allowed within 7 days.

2. Exchange Policy

• Size Exchange: Need a different size? No problem! We offer free exchanges for size adjustments. Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange, and we'll provide you with a Size Exchange, charging PKR 300/-  for the replacement order. 
• Product Exchange: If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different style or color, please return the original item and we will process the desired item.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

• Contact Us: To initiate the exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the exchange. We'll provide you with further instructions and assist you throughout the process.
• Return Shipping: For returns, we would love to have your support in terms of booking the product with any courier company and getting it delivered back to the defined address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. International Returns and Exchanges

• International Customers: If you're located outside Pakistan and wish to exchange your purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we'll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
